Moody Blues

It feels like fall has officially arrived in the PNW. It's sad to say farewell to summer sunshine (especially knowing that we're facing nine months of rain here in Seattle!), but we can always cheer ourselves up with fall fashion! For us Horseshoe Gals, that means unpacking all our sweaters and blue jeans we stashed away this summer while updating our wardrobes with a few key new pieces for the season. So many of the clothes we're loving this autumn come in shades of deep blue. It's a possibility that these blues are calling to us because they reflect how we feel about the weather :( - but all we know is we're loving these dark hues! They just feel so right for right now. 

Navy:

There aren't many things as timeless as a beautiful navy sweater, and we love the details on this one by Three Dots. It has large buttons, a funnel neck, and gorgeous ribbing. When selecting a classic piece of clothing (like a navy sweater!) you want to be sure that it has interesting details to help set it apart. This sweater delivers!

French Navy

 A shade of navy with gray tones mixed in, French navy is a perfect color for fall; we love it mixed with creams and browns (as seen in this amazing grandpa cardigan from Pendleton). 

Dark Teal

Teal is one of our favorite colors - it's not quite green, not quite blue, but it's surprisignly versatile! We love it paired with browns and grays, but it also looks great on it's own, as seen on this sweet dress from Prairie Underground. Pair it with your favorite gold or silver toned jewelry to really make the color pop!
