Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping and order tracking on all your purchases within the United States. We use the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. We offer a variety of shipping options to you:
- Hold for In-Store pick up
- Curbside pick up available
- Free Shipping across the beautiful, United States of America
All of your items will be lovingly hand-packed in our Seattle, Washington boutique and sent out the next business day. If we run into any issues or delays, we'll be sure to give you a friendly call or email right away.
Also, gift wrapping is always complimentary! Please let us know in the order comments if you would like your order gift wrapped, and provide us with a separate shipping address (versus just your billing address) if needed.
➸ Our Online Return Policy:
Returns and Exchanges on online purchases are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached. We can either exchange the merchandise for other item(s) you've selected or provide you with a credit card refund. If you used a gift certificate as your form of payment, you will be reissued another gift card as these are redeemable for merchandise only. Please note that sale merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in an incomplete refund. The soles of footwear need to be in the same condition as when they were shipped, therefore showing no signs of wear.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and shophorseshoe.com does not assume return shipping costs on returns/exchanges. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
Since our brick & mortar location is temporarily closed please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can anticipate a package coming back to us.
