Full Bloom

Floral prints have been one of the strongest trends we've seen over the last few seasons, and these bold patterns continue to dominate in fashion as we move into spring. Florals for spring may not be a new idea, but we love how designers are interpreting this trend in playful and unexpected ways. We're still waiting for spring and sunshine (and with it, flowers) to arrive in Seattle, so for now we'll just have to content ourselves with cheery floral prints as we while away our winter blues!

We love the romantic vibe of this top. Exposed shoulders add an unexpected and sexy element to the blouse, while the draping and print keep it appropriate for daytime wear. Pair it with distressed denim for a more casual look.

Florals are easy to incorporate into your everyday looks for spring. This kimono by Gentle Fawn is the perfect thing to throw on over a tee-shirt and jeans to instantly elevate your outfit.

Who would've thought that florals and pinstripes paired together would make such a sweet combination? Don't be afraid to wear a bold print, or even mix two together! The key is to keep the rest of your look simple and tailored. We tucked in this printed oversized Oxford in front to add a little more shape and polish.

90's florals are back in a big way this spring! While prints from this era can be overwhelming on a dress, this print is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the wearer (the black background also helps tone it down). Off-the-shoulder sleeves and a cinched waist help give this dress shape so the look stays flirty.

We hope you're inspired to incorporate some florals into your spring wardrobe! It's a trend that shows no signs of slowing down, and we can't wait to see all of the innovative ways designers are incorporating them into collections.
