Virtual Personal Styling

There’s nothing we love more than outfitting you! We understand that shopping online just doesn’t translate the same as having an in store fitting room experience, which is why we’re creating a virtual personal shopping experience for you. With your input, we'll help you find the best items to fit your style, body type, and budget. This is the same service that we would offer you in our store, but in response to COVID-19, we’re getting creative to offer this service to you virtually!


Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete our questionnaire below.
  2. After we have your information, we will begin selecting items we think you’ll love.
  3. We will reach out to you to arrange your virtual shopping experience. You can choose between FaceTime or Zoom for your one on one styling consultation!
  4. Let us know which items you’d like to try, and we’ll ship them to you or arrange a curbside pickup at Horseshoe.


Payment and Conditions:

We will send an invoice and collect payment for the full cost of goods that you select from your virtual styling appointment before shipping them or arranging a curbside pickup.

You will have seven days from the date that your items are delivered to try them on and return any items you don't want to keep. You are also welcome to schedule a curbside pick up at our store, if preferred.

While items may be exchanged for a different size, additional items cannot be added to your Virtual Styling package after it has been delivered to you.

We want to find items that you'll love! If you have any additional thoughts about items you'd like to try that you've seen on our site, or any information about your personal style that will help us to make the best selections for you, please make notes for us in the questionnaire below!
